Sanara Foundation is an initiative currently managed under our UK-registered company SARANA GROUP Ltd, reg no 16609766. We are not yet a registered charity. All donations made through this website are collected to support our mission, the causes we present, and the operational costs that keep our work going. This disclaimer applies to every donation, no matter which cause is selected.
Nature of Donations
All contributions are voluntary gifts. By donating, you agree that your donation is final and non-refundable. Donations may be used to support Sanara’s activities, setup, and charitable projects.
What Donations Are Not
Donations are not payments for goods or services. They are not investments, loans, or membership fees. Donors do not receive ownership, profits, or voting rights. Donations are also not tax-deductible at this stage.
Causes and Allocation
The website may show different causes, such as building an animal shelter, supporting families in Cyprus, or contributing to Sanara in general. While we make every effort to use funds for the purpose shown, all donations are pooled together and may be reallocated based on Sanara’s priorities and needs. This gives us flexibility to respond to urgent situations.
Donor’s Responsibilities
Donors are responsible for following the tax rules and laws in their own country. Donations made to Sanara Foundation are not tax-deductible at this stage. It is each donor’s duty to check if they have any reporting obligations and to make sure they comply with local regulations. Sanara Foundation is not responsible for a donor’s personal tax or legal matters.
Use of Funds
Donations may be used for different purposes, including supporting the causes shown on our website, covering operational and administrative expenses, or other activities that help Sanara achieve its mission. While we aim to direct funds towards the projects presented (such as the animal shelter or helping families after wildfires), all donations are pooled together and may be reallocated based on priority needs. This allows Sanara to respond flexibly to urgent situations.
Refunds and Fees
All donations are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Please note that banks, payment processors, or platforms such as PayPal and Stripe may charge transaction fees. This means the amount received by Sanara may be lower than the amount sent by the donor.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Donations are collected through our UK-registered company SARANA GROUP Ltd. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes or legal matters must be handled under this jurisdiction.
Privacy and Transparency
We collect donor details (such as name, email, and donation amount) only for legal and accounting purposes. Information is never shared with third parties unless required by law. Sanara will make reasonable efforts to keep supporters informed about its activities, but there is no legal obligation to provide detailed reporting on how each individual donation is spent.
